Brand New B grade panels so they will have some sort of cosmetic defect that does not affect the safety or performance of the panel. Example is caulk on the glass that can be scraped off or a solar cell that has a chip in it. We have done spot testing and even with a small chip they’ve been testing at 570 watts.
