These are new panels presumably stored for replacements as needed by a dealer. These Solar Bridge micro inverters aren’t known for their reliability. The panels are the older type that were specced to be used with an inverter with positive ground to avoid a performance loss with the way the panels were built. These panels have been sitting around and will have dust/dirt on the front and back. I rinsed one off for the front picture. Sometimes I can strap a couple extra panels on top of a pallet so that you have some spares, feel free to reach out to me directly if you need to order a couple extra in case some get damaged/refunded in transit.
